Maywood Green Fair Exhibitor Registration Form
The Maywood Green Team is holding a Green Fair on Saturday, October 5, 2024. There is no fee for exhibitors but we ask that all organizations have a message that supports Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability. This year the event will be held at Memorial Park, during the same time as the Fall Festival, so we anticipate excellent foot traffic as our Fall Festival attracts hundreds of families from Maywood and beyond each year. We will also be hosting an Art in the Park event at the same time adjacent to the Green Fair which should contribute foot traffic. Date: Saturday, October 5, 2024
Location: Maywood Memorial Park
Time: 11am – 5pm, setup starts at 9am
Note: There is no rain date for this event, it will be held rain or shine
Fee: $0
Additional Information: Each exhibitor would be assigned a 10’ x 10’ spot on grass. You would need to bring your own canopy, table and chairs. The canopy must be weighted down or staked. Members of the Green Team will be on-site to help set-up. If you have other needs, please email to discuss.
Greening Our Green Fair - In the spirit of sustainability we ask that:
- paper handouts to attendees should be double-sided and printed on recycled paper
- allow attendees to sign up for more information that can be sent electronically
- giveaways should be eco-friendly and not single use
- don’t idle while unloading your vehicle
